About MRC Research

MRC was established as a sole trading organisation in 2001 by Dave Moore and became a limited company in September 2002. Dave set up MRC having pursued a varied 17 year career in the Health Service and Local Government, working in Finance, Personnel, IT strategy, Consultancy Services, Best Value and Policy. The company has operated successfully from day one with many repeat clients, from predominantly the public and third sectors, giving testament to the quality and standard of work produced.

Though mainly working one to one with clients on projects, MRC has forged links with Phillip Parry Associates and Bridge Consulting Partners for larger projects and especially projects within the third sector in which both have vast experience as chairs or trustees of a number of organisations.
